When you are out and about, can you be a number detective and see how many numbers you can find?

  1. I saw 73 on my house, 61 on the car, 150 on a sign, 24 and 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 on the lamp posts, 119 and 122 outside the petrol station, 7 and 11 on the shop sign, and £2 inside the shop.

  2. I saw 52 on a car. I saw 150 on a van. I saw on my Mummys’ radio
    6 1 and 5. I saw on a bus 520. Our house number is 113. My Daddys’
    plate number has 7 on it.

    1. Well done Nia for being our second ever blogger. I wonder what the biggest number you can find is? I am watching the tv and the biggest channel number I can find is 828. Can you beat me?

  3. Well done Harrison and Nia, I’ve just found 1872 on an old school building in Farnham. Can anyone else find a date on a building?

  4. Mrs Cawson, our biggest channel number on our TV is 999. We went to the dentist and we were called in to room number 3, I have 24 teeth. My baby brother has 2 teeth coming through. I have 2 wobbly teeth. We went to Brenda’s and bought a Brownie’s sash and it cost £9.75. We went to the cinema to watch Early Man and it was shown on screen 7. Our seat numbers were 6, 7 and 8. Our car was parked on level 1 in the car park. Our car park ticket cost us £1.50. Our house number is 13. We went for a meal and sat at table number 42. We bought my little brother some nappies and they are size 3.

  5. Super Amy, you have found lots of numbers this week in different places. I have been watching the Winter Olympics and seen lots of times and scores.

  6. I started number hunting when I woke up this morning. The first numbers I saw were 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 on my clock. There was a 100 on my brothers maze book and a 3 and a 5 on my toothpaste. I was sorting some money and the numbers 1, 2, 5, 20 and 10 were on the coins and notes. There were numbers on the wipes on our table 64, lots on the porridge bag 27, 2018 (I can’t write them all down there were far too many), and 2.272, 4 and 21 on the milk.

  7. I’ve been practicing my address and telephone number for my Beavers homework this week, I’ve written them down and will give them to you in the morning.
    Tonight I helped to cook pasta for tea, the oven needed to be 200• and the garlic bread took 10-12 minutes.
    My favourite song on the Greatest Showman CD is ‘From now on’ which is track 11, Connie’s is track 7 and Violets is track 1.
    Mummy’s favourite number is 7 because it’s nearly bedtime 😀
